NICOTINE ANONYMOUS - A group meets Mondays from 7-8 p.m. in the basement of St. Mary's Church on Union Road in East Vineland. Meetings are free. The meetings give men and women a chance to get together and gain support as they give up smoking. For more information call (856) 691-1750.

NJ QUITNET (www.nj.quitnet.com) - Quitnet is a free online program where a smoker can receive individualized information at any time, day or night. For more information, just log on.

NJ QUITLINE - (1-866-NJ-STOPS) - Quitline is a toll-free service that allows smokers, who want to quit, to speak with a counselor and design a program that meets their needs. Call Monday through Friday - 8 am - 8 pm (except holidays), and Saturday from 11 am - 5 pm.

NJ QUITCENTERS - Quitcenters are counseling clinics that offer individualized attention. Payment is based on ability to pay. Call 1-866-NJ-STOPS to find the center nearest you.

NICOTINE REPLACEMENT - (over the counter) - The patch or gum. Read instructions carefully before use. (Prescription) Nasal Spray and Zyban. Ask your doctor to explain side effects.
